Green Tea Smoothie


We all know that sipping on Green Tea on a daily basis has its advantages. It is not just a beverage but could also transform into a tasty snack. So why not give its refreshing angle a smoothie twist?

You could kickstart your morning with this super easy recipe and begin your day on a healthy and delicious note!

 

Green Tea Smoothie

Preparation Time: 7-10 minutes

Number of servings:  1 serving


Ingredients:

      100ml/ 1 cup brewed Lipton green tea, cooled

      100g/ 1 fresh medium sized banana

      30g/ 1 cup baby spinach

      1 teaspoon coconut oil

      1 teaspoon honey

Toppings (optional)

      1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries of your choice

      1/3 cup yogurt

      1 serving of your preferred protein powder


Method:

Put all of the above mentioned ingredients into your blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached. Voila! Your green tea smoothie is ready to be served.
